I would like to start an online business to sell computer hardware. Since I don’t have much capital, I would like to know how can I start the business by pay only to the supplier when I got orders? And how to get the supplier to ship the product for me? So I will not need to buy the stocks and pay before I got orders?

Thanks!
For example, if I would like to open an online store like www.newegg.com, but I’m not going to have a “real warehouse” to stock all my inventories. Instead, I’ll need another 3rd party/distributor to ship the product to the customer for me when I have placed the orders.
Hi Steve,

Shouldn’t be the price from distributor is cheaper than the likes of Dell? Further more, there are some parts I can’t get from breaking down the Dell system, such as certain high-end rams, a lot of OC stuffs and especially the motherboards.

Thanks!

Also, have any of you seen it at an electronics/video game store recently, and about how much did it cost? For any of you who have played it, is it a fun game? Is it worth buying?

Curious asked:

Have a mouse that came with old computer. It worked on the “serial/parallel” port.

My laptop has USB ports only.

1. Is a connector/convertor available that i can plug into the USB port and connect my previous mouse with the connector at the other end?

2. how much would it cost?

3. Am I better off, simply just, buying a new optical mouse (or any other mouse) that directly connects to the USB port?
