I have a set up put together that I like in the $800 area, so when is the best time to buy the componets?

Can I expect to find an AMD Phenom II 955 for less than 175 during black friday? or maybe a cheap Radeon 4890? I’ve never really watched this stuff before, so I don’t know how much it’s effected by the holiday season.
