I just got a different computer. I am doing what I normally do to upload songs on my phone. But when I try to install the hardware I get “Cannot install this hardware. This hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software” Its wanting like CD-ROM or something. And I don’t have that. I have never had this problem with other computers. Any help?
It is a Sony. Why have I never had to do this before?
